Question – where are you / your workshops located? I can’t find what city you’re in.
We’re based in Vancouver (thanks for pointing out that we apparently have not left any location info on our site!!).. and we run a lot of our workshops out of W2 Community Media Arts Centre. We also have secret ‘pop up’ locations occasionally, and are open to doing workshops in peoples homes…
K, I’ve tweeted and liked (under SmokySweet, my blog). I’d love to take the Sunday Jam Sessions workshop because I’ve recently gotten back into making pickles and through that preserving in general but it’s been several years since I’ve made jam and this sounds like a lot of fun!
Which workshop would you be most interested in attending? We have a number of them coming up.. if you are into learning some pickled meat things, we are doing a pickled pulled pork seminar in mid-December :)…
I followed on facebook and I’d like to attend a workshop because I love food.
We love food too! We have a number of workshops coming up… so check out which one you’d like to attend 🙂
I’m making the secret family recipe jam-jam cookies for christmas gifts. My secret weapon? the boozy pear cardamom jam we made at w2 in october. But… I need more jam! I want to make it. and I want you to teach me!
we can arrange for a smaller session… or even one on one! The jam is one of my favorite recipes of this year and what a great idea to add to cookies!
